WHAT IS YOUR FEE?

$200 for a 50 minute session. I am happy to bill directly if you have Lyra or ILWU insurance. If you have a PPO, I can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement.

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

50 minutes

WHAT TECHNIQUES WILL YOU USE?

I will collaborate with each client to create an individual treatment plan with goals specific to each client. I often utilize a mix of cognitive behavioral techniques with an emphasis on mindfulness and self-compassion. But above all, the work is relational.

DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

I do offer a few slots at a reduced fee, to be negotiated prior to services.
